CNC machining standards

01 No knife marks
The tool path, feed and speed of the imported equipment are perfectly matched. The invisible knife marks are wiped with nail polish sand as the standard so that the knife marks are invisible at a distance of 30CM on the parts.
02 No burrs
The knife path and the forming knife cooperate to meticulously make the edges and corners unconditionally generated. 100% of the sea sand is manually processed to ensure that each part has no residual burrs.
03 No sand holes
Each part is rinsed with clean water immediately after processing. To keep the new parts clean at all times, each turnover box is only used 5 times and is stored in the acid environment for no more than 8 hours.
04 No dirt
Each zero-grade sandblasting must be cleaned of oil stains and fully inspected before it can be put into production. All parts are packaged and transported in friction-free pearl cotton boxes and Sydney paper.
05 No color difference
In order to ensure that the components are consistent and have no color difference, we follow the corresponding principle for sandblasting pressure, etc., and do not miss any problem that affects the color and color system.
